ABOUT
The idea behind Bersani CPA LLC was formed when Michael was in the process integrating an acquisition target for a manufacturing company in Wilmington, NC. During discussions with the acquired companies' owner he realized the need for expert financial leadership and knowledge in small and medium sized businesses. Shortly after completing the integration, Michael left the corporate world and created Bersani CPA LLC to provide clients with expert financial management services.

Michael Bersani CPA has over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, in both, public and private sectors; from extensive audit experience to various roles in the private sector from Financial Controller to CFO.

In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time surfing, attending concerts and running around with his wife, Tiffany Bersani, twins, Ellis and Eleanor!
